MENA-RL is a financial consultancy company that primarily offers connectivity for institutions into Africa, Europe and the Middle East. MENA-RL offers a wide range of services derived from proven execution skills in deal origination and conclusions, project management, fund raising and other value added services for our corporate clients.  We are able to assist a company with all aspects of their development, including drafting of information memorandums, listing documents and can efficiently manage the entire process of a public listing in both London or New York

MENA-RL was originally setup by Adam Wilson.  Adam has a highly successful track record in senior executive roles in financial services both in the UK and internationally.  He holds a BA (Hons) in accounting and financial management and qualified as a barrister before joining NM Rothschild in 1994 as a graduate trainee. He subsequently moved to LCF Rothschild, specialising in equity derivatives and structured product sales.  In 1997 he joined Teather and Greenwood where he became head of derivatives before joining Hichens, Harrison in 2003. He was appointed managing director, and later chief executive officer, of Hichens, Harrison in October 2004 (now Religare Hichens, Harrison plc).  Adam is an associate member of the institute of investment manager and research and a member of the securities institute, as well as being a certified FFAS financial analyst. Adam is also on the board of AiM-listed
Atlantic Coal plc.
